Blending simple neuroscience with spiritual presence, you’ll learn why the brain clings to familiar stories, how stress keeps those stories looping, and what actually helps interrupt the cycle.

This class is inspired by lived experience, including the sacred wisdom found in forgetting — and the unexpected peace that exists when the mind releases its grip.

With 27 years of experience as a retired accredited classroom teacher and a master's degree in communication and individualized education, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She understands the power of effective communication and tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with.

In addition to her coaching services, Jennifer creates courses and transformative women's empowerment retreats that provide a nurturing space for personal growth and self-discovery. She has also published numerous card decks of affirmations and channeled messages, as well as articles in the spiritual community.
